Payments Policy

We ask you to make your selection of products on our website, create a shopper account and proceed to your shopping cart to pay in full prior to the products being dispatched.

Delivery Policy

We normally dispatch your order within 2 working days from receipt of a confirmed order and full payment for the products and any delivery charges.

Cancelation Policy

Refunds Policy

We will refund your payment in full if you send an email (from the same email account you used to create your account) cancelling your order before dispatch, or, on receipt of the unopened products if you return them to us. We will not be able to refund payment for any opened products.
